Ingredients
2 cups Watermelon (Deseeded and Chopped)
1 tbsp Mint Leaves
Procedure
1. Leave off skin(green color). De Seed the watermelon and chop it.
2. Then in a blender put the chopped muskmelon and mint leaves, blend it.
3. Transfer it to a container. Now the lycopene rich Watermelon and Mint smoothie is ready to be served.If necessary add ice cubes.
