Remember having these milkshakes during my college days. Being a huge fan of sapota milkshake wanted to try it at home. When trying something at home, we can incorporate our new ideas, isn't it. So iron rich sapota milkshake, by adding the dry fruits and nuts, has become even more healthful.

Ingredients
2-3 nos Chickoo /Sapodilla/ Sapote (Peeled and Chopped)
2 tbsp Dry fruits and nuts (Chopped)
1- 1&1/2 cup Milk
Procedure
1. Wash thoroughly, peel off, deseed and chop all the sapote.
2. Chop the dry fruits and nuts, size of your choice.
3. Then in a blender put the chopped sapote/chickoo and blend them.
4. After it is partially blended, add milk and again blend it.
5. Transfer the milkshake to a serving container and now add the chopped dry fruits and nuts.
